Comparative biopharmaceutical research of
capsules of tamsulosin the modified liberation
Abstract
Comparative biopharmaceutical research of
capsules of tamsulosin the modified liberation
and a preparation of “Omnic” is carried out. The
estimation of pharmacokinetics indicators of preparations is spent, relative
bioavailability is defined. In experiences in vivo it is shown that
processes of an absorption, distribution, a metabolism and deducing of tamsulosin at application of capsules тaмcулoзинa the modified liberation
of 0,4 mg and capsules of “Omnic”of 0,4 mg are identical also medicinal
forms are bioequivalent.
