GENERAL COURSE: CHEMICAL KINETICS AND CATALYSIS (for advanced students in physical chemistry)

OCCUPATION: Professor. Graduated from the Chemistry Department of Moscow State University (1958); postgraduate fellow at Chemistry Dept. (1958-1960); received his M.Sc. degree in 1962 and Dr.Sci. degree in 1971. From 1960 to 1988 - Research Scientist at the division of Physical Chemistry and since 1988 is a Full Professor.

SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS: Heterogeneous catalysis. Acid-base catalysis on zeolites with a thrust toward advanced zeolite-included materials science. Synthesis and characterization of novel metallocomplexes in solid matrices and their use as highly specific catalysts.
